036 Elphin
A bard who speaks of ancient times.
A bard who worked in the Western Isles Resistance. He found a ray of hope in meeting with Roy, and of his own will became a strategist for him. However, he has an elegant air about him, as well as deep knowledge of the various kingdoms. This is because he is actually Prince Mildain of Eturia. He hid his identity to fool the nobles who sided with Bern.

About a year ago, the Prince Mildain was shot by a poisoned arrow while riding a horse in an assassination attempt, and was saved by Douglas. He then hid with Lalum in the Western Isles. After joining the United Lycian Army, acting as Elphin, he explained the circumstances to Pervical and Klein; both who knew the prince.
He disappeared after the end of the Bern conflict, but then officially returned to Eturia as Prince Mildain. The story of his time as Elphin was passed down into Elibe folklore, conveyed to many generations to come.

いにしえの伝承を伝える吟遊詩人
西方三島レジスタンスの参謀を務める吟遊詩人。ロイとの出会いに希望の光を見いだし、自ら進んで軍師となる。一介の吟遊詩人らしからぬ気品を持ち、各国の事情にも精通している彼の正体は、エトルリア王子ミルディン。ベルンと手を組んだ貴族を欺くため身分を隠している。

一年程前、乗馬中に毒矢を放たれ暗殺されそうになったミルディン王子は、ダグラスの助けで一命を取りとめ、ララムと共に西方の地に身を隠した。リキア同盟軍に合流後は、王子を知るパーツバルやクレインなどに事情を説明し、エルフィンとして行動していた。
ベルン動乱が終了するといったん姿を消し、後、正式にミルディン王子としてエトルリアへ復帰したが、エルフィンである間の彼の活躍は、伝説となってエレブに永く伝えられた。
