Lilina’s father; a Marquess known for being full of heroism
Marquess of the Lycian League’s leading power, Ostia. Honoring his pledge to the Lycian League, he concentrated his forces in opposing Bern. His army was defeated, and he himself was captured by Bern while suffering a grave injury. Though Roy’s forces came to his rescue, he entrusted the future to Roy with his last breath. He appeared like he felt he had given rise to someone who had betrayed him.

Hector held a meeting to amass Lycian League forces at Araphen Castle, located just north of Pherae. However, half a day before Roy’s forces arrived, the Bern Dragon Knights, led by Brunnya and Nacien, stormed the castle –annihilating the army.  Hector was caught, confronted by Zephiel, and then thrown into a prison.
Roy and his army had arrived late, but Hector managed to convey information about Bern and their Dragon resurrection to him. With his last breath, he entrusted the Ostian Army and his beloved daughter Lilina to Roy.
