088 Canas

A scholar full of intellectual curiosity
A practitioner of ancient magic who met Eliwood’s party at the Port of Badon. He is the type who would even face the dangers of the “Dread Isle” in the pursuit of knowledge. Though Canas sees dark magic as harmless compared to other dark mages, it is actually because he is the “Mountain Hermit” Niime’s fourth son, and her expected heir.

Profile
Gender——————————————-Male
Estimated Age————————————20s
Title————————Pursuer of Knowledge
Origin———————————————-Ilia
Status——Successor of the “Mountain Hermit”
Weapon————————Dark Magic / Staff

Shamans who are masters of the ancient dark arts usually have a scary demeanor, but Canas has a gentle, good-natured demeanor. He does not think too much of the fact he is the successor to the great sorceress Niime. In a support conversation with Pent, it is interesting to see how well the “two great personalities” get along.
His tendency to read books in the midst of battle to satiate his intellectual curiosity at his own pace frequently irritates the short tempered Vaida.
