Today’s translation comes from the Fire Emblem 25th Anniversary Comiket Staff Book. It was a small book that featured notes and artworks from the game developers. I do not own this book, so all credit for the raw scans goes to an imgur gallery kindly uploaded by kingddd.

I am not translating these in any order, and simply by interest/request. I may get through the whole book eventually, but we will see!

Zero Escape: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors Fan Yonkoma Translation (2)

While browsing through my to-do folder, I found some silly Zero Escape/999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors related fan comics I meant to translate. With the third and final installment Zero Time Dilemma having been released recently, I figured I should translate a few of them now!

 I did not draw these! I simply cleaned them up and translated them for people who were curious to read them!

Fire Emblem Path of Radiance Memorial Book Tellius Recollection: The First Volume

Today, Amazon.co.jp put up a cover for a design document book for Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (FE9) (蒼炎の軌跡). See it above!

It will release July 29th for the price of 3,456 Yen (~33 USD). Import costs usually add another ~10 USD.

Now, the title has an English name (as written by the Japanese):

“Fire Emblem Path of Radiance Memorial Book Tellius Recollection: The First Volume“

Previously, I called it:

“Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Design Documents. Tellius Recollection (1)”

But will now go by the above name. I will likely call it FE: Tellius Recollection (1) for simplicity’s sake though!

The info on the page restates what the product description already covered. I translated the content information on a previous post. You can read the description (translated by me) there!

Toru Narihiro – Interview on development changes during Genealogy of the Holy War – FE 25th Anniversary

The Making of Fire Emblem: 25 Years of Development History contains some fun trivia regarding the series. You can find all the information I translated thus far in one place here.

This post is the development of the fourth title in the series, Genealogy of the Holy War. This is part of a lengthy interview with series veteran Toru Narihiro (sometimes spelled Tohru Narihiro). I have been slowly working on translating the greater interview, so this is just an excerpt from it regarding this specific section. Though it is a little out of order, I hope to start going in order after this one.
