FE PoR: Shinon Character Profile (P. 51) Translation

This post is part of my ongoing translations of the Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Memorial Book: Tellius Recollection (Vol 1).

This post is a character profile of Shinon (page 51).

You can find every translation I’ve done on this book so far on the compilation post here!

Original scans/Japanese are not posted, but are available by request.

As you can imagine, the process of doing all this (scanning, editing, translating, etc) takes a lot of time, and I am unemployed…so if you like what I did, then…

Please donate! It helps fund future projects!

(use the button on the top right of the page if the above link doesn’t work or if you lack a PayPal account!)

Enjoy!

A sniper of the Greil Mercenaries. He is one of the veterans of the group. While his uncooperative attitude and sharp tongue is infamous among the group, his skill with a bow is absolute. Shinon taught Rolf (who practically idolizes him) the art of bow-making, and though he can be strict, occasionally displays a gentler side too.
Shinon always opposed Ike for being weak. After Greil died and Ike became chief of the Greil Mercenaries, Shinon made a show of his displeasure by leaving the group with Gatrie.
Later on, Shinon encountered Ike’s group as a mercenary working for Daein. After being persuaded by a confrontation with a pleading Rolf and a matured Ike, Shinon rejoined the ever lovable mercenary group.
