Ena’s grandfather. A dragon-tribe laguz who left his homeland behind after disagreeing with Goldoa’s King Dheginsea’s view regarding the co-existence between the laguz and beorc. (He is rather unique for a dragon
-tribe laguz for expressing individuality, as it is rare for one to act against the interests of the group as a whole).
During the Mad King’s War, he served as a spy that traveled between both Daein and Crimea. He first met Ike when Gallia and Crimea arranged for Ike and his crew to travel by ship to Begnion, which Nasir was the captain of.
He endeavored to find and retrieve “Lehran’s Medallion” that Ashnard sought. It was in Mist’s care as a keepsake from her mother Elena, who received it from Serenes’s Lilia. Nasir betrayed Ike and his crew when he stole this so-called “Fire Emblem.” Though he realized that Ike was probably the key for his long term goal –of coexistence between laguz and beorc –his granddaughter’s wishes weighed heavily upon him, and eventually thinking of her well-being won out in the end.
He revealed his treacherous nature when he helped Ena escape from Daein’s capital Nevassa. He also suggested Ike search Palmeni Temple at that time. Even in a world where powerful figures such as Daein’s Ashnard, Goldoa’s Dheginsea, Gallia’s Caineghis, and Begnion’s Sephiran all have clashing agendas, Nasir still continues to carry out his own plans in order to see to his ideal world.
