This post is part of my ongoing translations of the Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn Memorial Book: Tellius Recollection (Vol 2).
This post features designs of the Daein army and basic laguz in Radiant Dawn.
You can find every translation I’ve done on this book so far on the compilation post here!

As you can imagine, the process of doing all this (scanning, editing, translating, etc) takes a lot of time, and I am unemployed…so if you like what I did, then…

Translated text:
[1] The Daein army’s primary color is black. The following classes are in order from the top left: Soldier, Archer, Dracoknight, Lance Knight, Armor Knight, and Sniper. [2] A Halberdier and General. They gain golden accessories and more intricate armor which gives them a more pomp appearance compared to the usual soldiers. The engraved patterns on the shields differ by country, so it can be interesting comparing and seeing the differences between them. [3] A Cat laguz of the beast-tribe. They sport restrained colors and bandannas around their forehead. They are relatively more slender compared to others of the beast-tribe. [4] A Tiger laguz of the beast-tribe. They have broader shoulders and stronger builds compared to the Cats. [5] A Raven laguz of the bird-tribe. Their jet-black wings and dark clothing make them blend into the night –perfect for night raids. [6] A Hawk laguz of the bird-tribe. Their clothes are not too different from what the Ravens wear (aside from the colors). [7] A White Dragon laguz in a pre-transformed state. The soldiers of Goldoa are typically seen wearing scarves that conceal the tops of their heads. [8] A Red Dragon laguz in a pre-transformed state. Though Gareth leaves his shirt open, the average soldier keeps it on tight. [9] A White Dragon after transformation. They have fish-like fins that grow at the tip of their head and tail. They have few protrusions [for an overall smoother look]. [10] A Red Dragon after transformation. Sharp horns grow out of its head, arms, shoulders, and the tips of the wings. It gives them a more aggressive appearance than the White Dragons.
So possibly to the section on the Crimean Rebels, we don’t see the Crimean Paladins and General design?
I wonder if they were drawn?
