FE RD: Basic Unit Designs (3) (218-219) Translations

This post is part of my ongoing translations of the Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn Memorial Book: Tellius Recollection (Vol 2).

This post features designs of the Begnion army in Radiant Dawn.

You can find every translation I’ve done on this book so far on the compilation post here!

Translated text:

[1] The Begnion army’s primary color is red. Classes are presented in this order: Soldier, Myrmidon, Archer, Fighter, Pegasus Knight, Dracoknight, Armor Knight, Bow Knight, Lance Knight, Sword Knight, and Axe Knight. [2] Halberdier. They normally wear a scarf that is a different color to their armor in the other countries’ armies, but Begnion Halberdiers wear a similar shade of red. The shield designs also vary by country. [3] Sniper. One can make out the finer details of the quiver and what is below their waist coat. [4] Dragonmaster. Since the helmet somewhat resembles animal ears, it can [regrettably] be seen as “cute” from certain points of view. [5] Falcon Knight. They wear majestic feathers atop their helmets which flutter when they take flight. [6] Lance Paladin. Thanks to the helmets that cover the back of their neck, they are also able to endure attacks from behind. [7] Bow Paladin. Now equipped with a shield and sturdier armor, they are better equipped for offensive strikes.

      • Guess I was wrong and there’s only the visor differences in nation which seems to only appear in the artwork.

How very odd, maybe the armor variations were aded last or there’s some difference I’m missing?
