FE RD: Danved Character Profile (P. 73) Translation

This post is part of my ongoing translations of the Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn Memorial Book: Tellius Recollection (Vol 2).

This post features Danved, a returning (?) character from Path of Radiance.

His (?) Path of Radiance profile can be seen here.

You can find every translation I’ve done on this book so far on the compilation post here!

As you can imagine, the process of doing all this (scanning, editing, translating, etc) takes a lot of time…so if feeling generous, than please consider donating! It helps fund future projects. : )

Transcript: (Eng)

Species: Beorc
Class: Halberdier >
Sentinel
Affinity: Fire
Origin: Unknown
Approx. Age: 35

A Halberdier who lives in the Crimean capital of Melior. He is a close friend of Calill and her husband Largo. With his cheerful nature and peculiar way of speaking, he puts all those at Largo’s bar at ease whenever he visits. He does not talk much about his own past, so his origins are unknown.
He resembles a man named Devdan who fought alongside Ike and the Greil Mercenaries during the Mad King’s War. However, he denies being the same person. Whether or not he really is that person or his connection to said person remains unknown.
He serves Queen Elinicia and the Crimean Royal Knights in Largo’s stead, as Largo was wounded during a previous battle and left unable to fight.
