This post is part of my ongoing translations of the Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn Memorial Book: Tellius Recollection (Vol 2).

This post features Sigrun, a returning character from Path of Radiance.

Her Path of Radiance profile can be seen here.

You can find every translation I’ve done on this book so far on the compilation post here!

As you can imagine, the process of doing all this (scanning, editing, translating, etc) takes a lot of time…so if feeling generous, than please consider donating! It helps fund future projects. : )

Transcript: (Eng)

Species: Beorc
Class: Falcon Knight > Seraph Knight
Affinity: Water
Origin: Begnion
Approx. Age: 28

A Falcon Knight who serves as commander of both Begnion’s Pegasus Knights as well as the Apostle’s elite Holy Guard.
The Pegasus Knights of the Holy Guard consist of the most elite daughters of noble houses that serve directly under the Apostle. They are an independent faction from the rest of Begnion’s army, and as such are able to provide swift protection to the Apostle in times of emergency.
Sigrun pledges allegiance to Sanaki herself, rather than “The Empress of Begnion” or “the Apostle.” As a result, when Lekain had revealed Sanaki to be nothing but a fake apostle, Sigrun was able to cheer her up with reassurances of where her allegiance actually lies. She also calmly refuted Lekain’s claims regarding a false apostle not being fit to be empress by citing Begnion law. In fact, the positions of empress and apostle are entirely different. It just so happened that Altina’s descendants had managed to satisfy both roles for generations. That being said, the normally calm and collected Sigrun does have moments where she showcases her anger –mostly toward those who disparage and seek to harm Sanaki.
