Genny

CV: Yuki Horinaka
Starting Class: Cleric
Loves: Rich/Sweet/Tasty
Likes: None
Neutral: Plain/Meaty/Rough/Refined
Dislikes: Bitter/Yucky

A cleric who serves at the priory on Novis Island. Unlike the lively Mae, she’s an introvert that prefers to stay indoors reading and fantasizing. Although she was hesitant about leaving on a journey, she decided to accompany her friends in fear of being left behind. Celica and the others consider her an adorable little sister.

Her mother was born on Novis Island, but she hated the island life and departed for the royal capital for several years before returning with the newly born Genny. Her father’s identity was never revealed, although it seems he was a nobleman with a wife and children. Afterwards, her mother left her behind at the priory and disappeared. As a result she felt awkward towards Sonya –since she reminded her of her mother. She always carries a pendant that her mother received from her father. Although she mentioned liking older men who can take care of her, apparently she eventually wed a man that nobody ever expected.

Saber

CV: Takehito Koyasu
Starting Class: Mercenary
Loves: Bitter/Meaty/Tasty
Likes: Rich
Neutral: Plain/Refined
Dislikes: Sweet/Rough/Yucky

A mercenary that hangs around Novis Greatport. While he was drinking at a tavern, Celica paid him to escort her by offering her Golden Dagger as payment. He accompanied her on a long journey after that. Originally, he was an ace soldier within the Rigelian army, but he fell into a trap devised by noblemen who scorned his common upbringing, and he lost one of his eyes. Betrayed by an ally who he considered a best friend, he challenged them to a duel and emerged victorious. However, his opponent died and because private duels carry the death penalty in the Rigelian army, he was forced to flee to Zofia.

He’s capable and caring, often trying to persuade Celica before her ideals run amok. His name is well-known among his peers. After the war, Jesse asked for his co-operation after recognizing his abilities. Together, the two faced the challenges of creating a mercenary nation head on.
