Yesterday’s post translated Ashley’s Song from Japanese to literal English. Today I wanted to post the translated Japanese version next to the officially localized English version. This is mostly trivia for people who were wondering what the differences are. Indeed, there are some differences, mostly in terms of how her personality is portrayed.

Today’s translation is fitting for Halloween. I decided to translate the original Japanese Lyrics of Ashley’s Theme song from Wario Ware: Touched! (さわる メイドインワリオ Sawaru Meido In Wario).
One thing to note is the slight difference in personality portrayed by the Japanese lyrics and then the English localization! There are some more notes at the bottom of the page, along with song examples. The song was remade for the Super Smash Brothers series starting with Brawl, and reappearing in the Wii U/3DS verison.
