FE PoR: Renning Character Profile (P. 63) Translation

This post is part of my ongoing translations of the Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Memorial Book: Tellius Recollection (Vol 1).

This post is a character profile of Renning (P. 63)

You can find every translation I’ve done on this book so far on the compilation post here!

Original scans/Japanese are not posted, but are available by request.

As you can imagine, the process of doing all this (scanning, editing, translating, etc) takes a lot of time, and I am unemployed…so if you like what I did, then…

Please donate! It helps fund future projects!

(use the button on the top right of the page if the above link doesn’t work or if you lack a PayPal account!)

Enjoy!

The late king Ramon’s younger brother. Elincia’s uncle. Since he was named as successor to the throne before Elincia was born, the princess’s existence was kept a secret from the public in order to avoid in-fighting.
Though he was the popular nomination for the next king, he was also the one with the greatest sympathy for Elincia’s situation of being raised in a secluded villa.
Being a man of incredible valor, he personally helped lead the disarrayed Crimean forces against the invading Daein. He marched to the front lines in order to help buy Elincia enough time to escape, but was defeated after a direct confrontation with the Mad King Ashnard himself. His fate has remained unknown.
