FE Fates: 4Koma Comic & Character Guidebook (Page 122-123) Translation – Matoi

The latest of my scan/clean/translate of Fire Emblem Fates: 4Koma & Character Guidebook (ファイアーエムブレムif 4コマ・キャラクターガイドブック).

I do not post the raw scans here, but you may email if you want them to compare translations! I do at least one page per day.

The compilation post is here!

All scanning, editing, translating, and uploading is done on my free time and is rather time consuming. It is certainly a lot of work, and I am unemployed… so please consider donating if you like the work I do. Any amount (no matter how small) is much appreciated and helps me keep going on a daily basis. I hope you enjoy the end results of my work!

Here are today’s pages! (Page 122-123) They feature Matoi.

  2. Poor Matoi…
But that book pretty much mirrors my opinions on Cordelia and Sumia.

Not that I dislike Cordy, but I think the amount of supports invested into her hopeless love for Chrom was wasted potential for characterbuilding.

Thank god Matoi doesn’t have that problem. Still nothing too thrilling from all I saw, but much better than Cordelia.
…Or it may be that I just am affected by my love to Tsubaki that would make her my in-game daughter. Kinda doubt that, though.

    • Yeah, it was nice seeing Matoi have a bit more variety in that way, though as a second gen character she lacks support options too, unfortunately. xD It could be that Tsubaki love you have going, too, of course! But yeah. That emphasis on moe can be overdone sometimes for people like Sumia.

  3. When I saw this, I was thinking cordelia’s one-sided love for chrom… It really sad.. because I paired her with chrom.. and catria with marth.. I think they’re cute..
