The Mage General of Eturia who is gifted in both intelligence and beauty.
One of the Three Generals of Eturia. She was the top student of the previous Mage General Elk, and replaced him after his sudden retirement. She had met Roy and Lilina previously during a military stay in Ostia, and became like a teacher to them. Due to that way of thinking, she had a heavy influence on Roy and his group.

Roy requested help due to the fear of Bern’s strengthening its fighting strength with reinforcements. Cecilia received the call for help and moved to the battlefront. She was imprisoned after being defeated by Zephiel in battle. She was nursed back to health by Sofiya, and then rescued by Roy’s army.
After that, she travelled with the United Lycian Army, watching over Roy who had grown to become a general. While marching along, she reunited with Prince Mildain, who was thought to be dead. The answers regarding the Prince she so strongly desired were finally answered.

才色兼備のエトルリア魔道軍将
エトルリア三軍将の一人。前魔道軍将エルクの一番弟子で、突如隠遁した彼の後を受け魔道軍将となる。以前、駐在武官としてオスティアに赴いていた時、ロイやリリーナと交流があり、師ともいえる存在だ。その伝統にとらわれない考えかたは、ロイたちに大きな影響を与えた。

その後、リキア同盟と行動を共にし、将軍として成長したロイを見守る。行軍中に死んだと思っていたミルディン王子と再会、王子のことを強く慕っていることが明らかとなる。
